Shipping Policy.

Heritage Dahlias ships tubers nationwide within Aotearoa. International shipping is not currently available. Shipping window Tubers are shipped during the dormant season, typically from 1 September each year, once they have cured and are ready to travel. This window protects the tubers from cold and ensures they arrive in the best possible condition. Rates Standard rural and urban shipping is calculated at checkout. VIP Build-A-Box rates are flat. $15 for the 6 pack and $20 for the 12 pack. Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with the courier tracking number. You can also see the status of every order in your Heritage HQ portal. Damaged or missing parcels If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 10 working days of shipping, email hello@heritagedahlias.co.nz with your order number. We will work with the courier to find it or send a replacement where possible. Delivery address Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Re shipping costs for incorrect addresses are passed on to the customer.
